General

  • We’re a multi-disciplinary creative studio specialising in branding, website design, packaging & physical materials, digital assets (like EDMs, social, and ads), and ongoing design support. Explore our services here!

  • Not at all. While we have signature packages that work for most businesses (like our branding or web design packages), we know every project is unique. We are happy to create a custom proposal tailored to your specific goals, budget, and deliverables. Enquire here.

  • We work with a diverse range of clients, from beauty and lifestyle brands to corporate consultancies and hospitality. We don't limit ourselves to one vertical; instead, we look for partners who are passionate about their business and value high-quality, thoughtful design.

  • Yes! While our studio is based in Indonesia, we work with clients all over the world. We have streamlined processes in place to ensure smooth collaboration, regardless of your time zone.

  • Timelines vary based on scope, but typically:

    • Branding: ~4–6 weeks

    • Web Design: ~6–8 weeks

    • Full Branding + Web: ~10–12 weeks

    • Other Deliverables: Varies greatly by complexity. We will provide a detailed schedule once your project is booked.

  • We accommodate both local and international partners to keep transactions simple.

    • Australian & International Clients: Invoices are issued in AUD (via Australian bank transfer).

    • Indonesian Clients: Invoices are issued in IDR (via local bank transfer).

    Our typical payment schedule follows a 30/40/30 structure:

    • 30% non-refundable deposit to secure your spot in our calendar.

    • 40% when the project reaches approx. 75% completion.

    • 30% just before launch or final file delivery.

    That said, we understand every business works differently, so we are open to discussing alternative payment plans that better fit your needs.

  • We understand that every business is at a different stage. While our starting prices reflect the depth and time we put into each project, we’re always happy to review your enquiry and suggest the most suitable option, whether that’s a smaller scope, a standalone service, or a referral to another creative if we’re not the right fit.   • Once we receive your form, we’ll review it and follow up with an email or a short online meeting to clarify your needs and discuss next steps before drafting a proposal and final quotation.

  • After we align on goals and scope, we’ll send a proposal and contract. A deposit is required to secure your start date on our calendar.

  • We recommend reaching out at least 2 to 3 weeks before your ideal start date.

Brand & Identity

  • We generally focus on full brand identities rather than logo-only work, as a complete system allows your brand to show up more consistently and confidently across touchpoints. That said, if you’re unsure what level of branding you need, we’re happy to discuss the best approach during the enquiry stage.

  • Branding timelines typically range from 4–6 weeks or 10-12 weeks, depending on the scope and complexity of the project. We’ll always confirm a clear timeline once your project is scoped so you know exactly what to expect.

  • Yes. We often work with brands that already have a visual identity in place but need refinement, expansion, or better consistency. This might involve a light refresh, additional brand assets, or aligning existing elements more thoughtfully.

  • Yes. Branding projects include brand guidelines that outline how to use your logo, colours, and typography, helping you maintain consistency as your brand grows.

Web Design

  • We primarily design and build websites on Squarespace and Shopify. These platforms are reliable, flexible, and easy for clients to manage long-term. The right platform will be recommended based on your goals, content needs, and whether you’re selling products or services.

  • We offer both. Some clients come to us for website design only, while others prefer a complete design and development service. We’ll help you decide which option makes the most sense based on your team, timeline, and technical needs. Explore the packages here.

  • Website timelines vary depending on scope, but most projects take between 6–10 weeks from start to finish. We’ll provide a clear schedule once we’ve reviewed your requirements and confirmed the scope.

  • Yes. We build websites with ease of use in mind and provide guidance during handover so you feel confident making updates, adding content, or managing products without relying on a developer.

  • We include basic SEO best practices as part of our website builds. For in-depth SEO strategy or copywriting, we can offer light guidance or recommend trusted collaborators if needed.

Brand Collaterals & Ongoing Support

  • This includes campaign assets, social media and email designs, packaging, print materials, video edits, and other brand-related design needs. It’s ideal for work that supports your brand between larger projects.

  • Yes. If you have a specific, defined need, we offer project-based design support that is scoped and quoted based on your request. This option is great for launches, campaigns, or standalone deliverables. Enquire here!

  • Yes. For clients who need regular, ongoing design support, we offer monthly retainer packages. These are tailored to your needs and help ensure consistency, priority scheduling, and a smoother workflow over time. Enquire here!

  • Retainers are structured around an agreed level of ongoing support each month. We’ll discuss your typical needs, priorities, and working style before recommending a retainer structure that feels sustainable for both sides.

  • We require and recommend a minimum of three months commitment to allow enough time for alignment and meaningful results. Specific terms will always be discussed and agreed upon before starting.
