THE CONTEXT
Following their comprehensive brand refresh, Fertile Gut needed a digital storefront that reflected their elevated identity. The old site was functional but felt a bit disjointed, struggling to balance scientific education with a seamless e-commerce shopping experience.
THE CHALLENGE
The challenge was to overhaul the user experience so it educates the consumer without overwhelming them. We needed to translate the new "science meets soul" aesthetic to the screen, ultimately driving higher traffic, higher conversion rates, and a stronger average order value.

Translating Brand Guidelines to the Web
A brand refresh isn't complete until it lives seamlessly online. We integrated the new visual identity deeply into the Shopify theme.
The previous website leaned heavily on dense text blocks and heavy teal tones. To align with the new brand strategy, we stripped back the visual noise. The new site utilises soft blush and mint backgrounds, giving the products room to breathe. We used bold orange buttons to create clear, unmissable calls-to-action that guide the user journey effortlessly.
We designed for clarity. By introducing modular, digestible sections, we made it easier for users to self-identify their needs and navigate straight to the right product.
